Healing open wounds
Take the wound and rub it raw
Pick off the scab and rub some more
Find the salt and pour it in
Expose the pain and screams within
Allow it all the time it needs
Let it weep and let it bleed
Feel the hurt and feel the pain
Feel the anger and feel the shame
Feel it all, until you feel no more
Then spent, sit quietly at Nothings door
Push it open, step inside
What grows from Nothing, will be your guide.
