the one minute mystic
How to use the meditations

1. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

2. Read through the whole meditation a few times, then put it down.

3. Sit in a position both comfortable and alert.

4. Allow the meditation 10 minutes or so in your imagination. Do not give up before this time; stay with it.

5. Allow another 10 minutes for recording what happened. Allow events to develop as you record.
  MEDITATION 51
A TRAVELLER'S BLESSING

This is the last in this present series of the One-Minute Mystic.

So a blessing of sorts:

May now the armies within, which struggle, begin to make peace;
Face the fears which so fill, which cripple and kill, make them foolish.
May anxiety know, it's the end of the show, it is over;
May the longings which ask, which knock, now bask in God's smile.
May life's limits which stress, frustrate and depress, find an answer;
And may your name of God's heart, be the start of all ventures ahead.

Imagine that.
