Retreats

Why go on reatreat? See this page for why retreats have been important for me. Retreats can offer us a stepping back from life – in order to return to it more happily and creatively. I offer retreats for groups and individual consultancy. Read more about my consultancy work, which includes personal development and the enneagram. My feature on retreats was published in the Daily Mailread it here.

The Hermitage

Seaford, East Sussex

Would you like to get away for a day or two and breathe some sea air? Do you need space to think and reflect on your life? Then maybe The Hermitage is for you. Set in Seaford, on England’s south coast, The Hermitage is a 12 minute walk from the white cliffs and the sea. And a 20 minute walk from the stunning views of the South Downs Way, taking you to Cuckmere Gap and the Seven Sisters. Should you wish to include a meeting with Simon during your stay, this is possible.
